Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If you are unhappy with any item purchased from, please contact our Customer Care team at or call 1-877-651-1177 within 60 days for a full refund. Please note that our 60-day return policy applies only to purchases made directly from All items purchased from an outside re-seller are subject to the return policy at point of purchase.

We will e-mail you a printable return slip to include on your shipment and instructions of how to return. Please be sure to wrap the product safely and securely prior to mailing. A Return Authorization is required for refund and must be issued by Iluminage Beauty. Returns without a valid Return Authorization will be returned to sender.

To be eligible to receive a refund, returns must be post-marked within 14 days from your initial contact with Customer Care. We will inspect your return and issue you a full refund of the original purchase price for the returned product, less the amount of any damaged or missing items and return shipping and handling fees.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 10-14 business days from receipt of your package and processing of your refund.

Returns Policy Customized Products: All sales are final for customized products and you may not return customized goods. Please also note that you do not have a statutory cancellation right for customized products. If you purchased a customized product online and it is damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Care Team at 1-877-651-1177 within 10 days of receiving your purchase.
