If the product should become defective within the warranty period, contact Syneron Beauty customer service team at 519.651.1177 or toll free at 1.877.651.1177 for replacement. If you are outside of North America, contact your local distributor.

All returned units to the manufacturer for repair, including WARRANTY REPAIR and OUT-OF-WARRANTY REPAIR, must include the following:

• Written statement containing RMA number (obtain from manufacturer), model number, serial number, contact  person with phone and fax number, billing address (only for out-of warranty repair), shipping address (where  to ship after repair), and detailed description of problem symptoms.
• Copy of original receipt issued for purchase of the unit
• Ship unit to the manufacturer in the original container with all accessories and information as required  above to:

Syneron Beauty Ltd. reserves the right to replace a defective product with the most comparable product currently available. Your exclusive remedy for any defective product covered by this limited warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. Syneron Beauty Ltd.'s entire liability for any defective product shall in no event exceed the purchase price for the defective product.

This warranty does not cover products determined by Syneron Beauty Ltd. to be damaged by any of the following:

• Accident, misuse, abuse or alteration
• Servicing by unauthorized persons
• Use with unauthorized accessories or use other than as instructed
• Any other conditions beyond our control

ALL IMPLIED REPRESENTATIONS,WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF FITNESS AND MERCHANTABILITY ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary depending on your state, province or other jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
